After you fill out the Contact Form found on this website, you will be contacted by JMC as soon as possible to set-up an initial
consultation. Depending on location and distance, this meeting will either be in person, on a phone, or done
on-line.
During the initial consultation, the details for the show will be hammered out. This would be everything
from the concept to the placement of members. Once a final fee is negotiated, a contract will be set up. Then the client sends the following to JMC:
At this point, JMC takes over and creates the show. During this process over the summer, there will be discussions on
the progress of the show. The goal is for the show to be in the client's possession weeks before the beginning
of summer band.
Once the season is done, JMC requests that the client send a dvd copy of the show and copies of judge's comments. There
will also be a final evaluation form sent to the director so that JMC can continue to improve it's services.
