There usually is no problem in setting up a clinic.  These clinic experiences tend to be helpful and rewarding for the clinician, the directors, and the students. 

Details of any clinic will be determined by JMC and the client.  It is preferred that the clinic be scheduled well after the band has learned the show so that the focus of the clinic be in cleaning the overall product and solving any overall coordination issues that might remain. 

Clinic expenses (transportaion, housing, food, materials) are to be covered by the client and made before any clinic takes place.  These expenses are always worked seperately from show design fees.
